2012 is proving to be an exciting year for the theme park with exciting new rides and experiences added to the long list of Alton Towers entertainment. The terrifying Nemesis Sub-Terra opens on the 24th March 2012 and promises to be the most terrifying ride since the launch of the original Nemesis in 1994.

Fans of the fantastic movie Ice Age can delight in the presence of their favourite characters with the theme park’s all new Ice Age 4D Experience. Located in the Cloud Cuckoo Land Theatre of the theme park, Ice Age the 4D Experience cinema combines 3D footage with a thrilling variety of physical effects providing fans with the ultimate 4D experience.
